About The Role
Jamie’s Italian, in the heart of Adelaide CBD, is currently on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager who loves to be in the thick of the action, taking service with two hands and working side by side with a large and diverse team.
We are open 7 days a week and cater to a vast and varied crowd of corporates, casual diners and families.
About You
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have previous experience managing high volume, food focused restaurants and you enjoy a fast-paced environment. You will also be:
- willing to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front
- able to manage multiple tasks in the heat of service
- an expert at training and development of your team
- experienced in a high-volume food orientated business
- familiar with WHS, food safety, RSA and liquor licencing
To be successful, you must have at least 1 years’ restaurant management experience, be a superb people manager and be someone who absolutely loves what they do!
