Are you an aspiring Chef?
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and hard-working Apprentice Chef. We want someone who LOVES food, who has an appetite for learning and is keen to work with best in class chefs. As an apprentice you will expand both your skills and knowledge for producing ‘on trend’, fresh seasonal food.
This is a Full Time Apprentice chef position. Reporting to a Senior Chef, you will work in our premium site, while completing a nationally recognised qualification! This is an unbeatable advantage in building a successful career as a Chef.
A bit about you
- Previous experience, exposure to a fast-paced kitchen is ideal
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and some occasional late nights is a must
- You need to be reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
- Committed to producing high quality food
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
- A strong desire to secure a long term career as a chef
- Above all, the motivation to learn
- Must have full work rights, Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
What we can offer you

- You will be exposed to cooking in Retail, Function and Production Kitchens learning the skills and techniques to deliver high quality food across a variety of styles of cuisine
