Taking the bar and cocktail experience to a whole new level, Spice Market are currently recruiting for a rare position - of the Spice Market Chef

Availability:
Small Prep Work - Wednesday
Thursday, Friday and Saturday Night
Approx 38 hours a week.
We are not looking for fine dining experts, instead we are looking for an individual who is able to prepare and present beautifully simple, delicate and delish bar food.
The main requirements of position include:-
• All food prep and production
• Running the kitchen department as a whole
• Stocktake and control
• Menu input - current trends in market
• Approachable
• Successful applicants will have at least 2 years proven experience working in a similar role;
• Ability to identify and action opportunities for improving the quality of service delivered to customers;
• Ability to contribute to a positive team atmosphere by willing co-operation with other team members;
• Ability to go "above and beyond" in assisting other members of the work unit achieve service delivery goals
