In 2014, Belles Hot Chicken opened on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy serving fried chicken and natural wine unlike anyone in town. Since then, Belles has grown to five venues across Sydney and Melbourne and has had pop ups in places like Tokyo, Copenhagen, Barcelona and Auckland. 

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager for our flagship Fitzroy Restaurant

As the Venue Manager of Belles Hot Chicken, you have;

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a venue management role
• A passion for delivering exceptional food service and customer experiences
• A strong base of wine knowledge, Formal training would be a bonus
• Excellent people management skills including mentoring, training and motivating your team
• The ability to grow the business by creating exciting and innovative experiences
• A solid track record of achieving targets
• A strong understanding of COG's and labour budgets
• An ability to grow your business through local area marketing and activation.
