JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will have a hands on role as a Consultant Travel Consultant with solid knowledge in handling Corporate Accounts (big or small). This role will see you use your existing and extensive corporate knowledge on a day to day basis & depending on your personal goals, step into an Operations role focusing more on logistics and strategic development.


Your task will include but not limited to :

• Booking travel for international and domestic trips
• Last minute amendments
• Conflict resolution where required
• Work within a team to handle enquiries
• Manage corporate travel accounts of all sizes



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


• Able to think on your feet with a min of 3+ years of corporate travel experience (domestic and international)
• Quick and efficient in processing enquiries
• Able to handle emergency situations whilst remaining helpful & professional at all times
• Strong GDS knowledge
• Solid knowledge on fares & fare rules on your GDS of choice

Salary package to be discussed upon shortlisting however, as a benchmark it will be a base around $60-$67k depending on experience plus super.
