Recruiting a Full Time Night Manager to oversee the newly developed luxury hotel, SKYE Suites Sydney. Our outstanding Guest Service is 24/7 so the successful applicant needs to have significant experience in a similar role and a focus on engaging with our guests, even if the sun is down and the moon is out.
With its eye-catching brickwork and two glass and steel towers soaring dramatically into the city skyline, SKYE Suites Sydney is a graceful expression of imagination, innovation and integrity certain to become one of Sydney’s most iconic buildings.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office
- Keen eye for detail and ability to audit effectively
- Rolling the business day and reconciling all accounts
- Ability to work independently
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to think outside the box
- Smooth check in /check out for guests
- Delegation of tasks with Front Office team
- Train and develop the team to achieve their best
- Encourage a positive and cohesive workplace
- Support and work closely with the General Manager to achieve KPI's
The successful candidate will have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be flexible to work 38 hours per week.
