About the Job:
Our client requires a strong and innovative bar manager to support an established team in the delivery of exemplary service and on-point product. A small intimate venue with a substantial offering of quality craft beverages with a particular focus on Gin. This gorgeous bar is one of Sydney’s most unique and inviting venues that offers an experience with distinguished ambiance and a place to enjoy a fine night out.
About You:
You will have experience leading and managing a small team in a high-end beverage environment, with competing demands. Your passion for service excellence and immaculate attention to detail, alongside the ability to develop and motivate your team will be paramount to your success. You will have a well-developed knowledge and love of gin, as well as the creativity and experience to develop innovative cocktail and beverage lists whilst working to the overall parameters and objectives of the business. Ideally you will have gained experience in a range of venues and are passionate about the bar scene.
