Casual Chef

The Mansfield Park Hotel is situated in the western suburbs of Adelaide. We are currently seeking a casual chef.

The position is 25 hours per week, with the successful applicant being able to work days/nights over a seven day rotating roster.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Preparation and cooking of  an a la carte menu including main dishes, salads and desserts
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
• Compliance with current food safety regulations and work place health and safety.

• Creative with knowledge of current food trends
