Doltone House is a highly awarded Venue & Catering Collection currently celebrating 23 years in defining Australia's meeting, events and wedding industry. 

To support our growth we now are seeking experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor(s) for our food and beverage operations to assist lead functions in our city venues.

Food and Beverage Supervisors Role:

This is an integral role for supervising and supporting our operations in functions. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly helpful environment, contribute to operational meetings and support staff training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training Doltone House food and beverage operations team members
• Supervising and delegation of duties for our Food & Beverage team members
• End-to-end client management during the execution of the function
• Managing client expectations to ensure the smooth running of each and every event, from the moment our client sets foot onsite to the moment they leave
• Taking pride in the workplace and ensurin­g our venues are well maintained throughout our events
• Liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the event requirements to deliver an exceptional function
• Manage and deal with guest service recovery in a professional and timely manner

 Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Committed to maintain high standards and exceed customer expectations
• Minimum 2 years' of supervisory Food & Beverage experience in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Effective organisation skills as you will be given the opportunity to lead a team
• Ability to work under pressure and be solutions oriented
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and be supportive towards patron care
