About the Role
Vibe Hotel North Sydney have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and career driven team player to join their opening team as a Reservations Coordinator. In order to be successful in the position the main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Actively contribute to the attainment of hotel objectives and targets
- Managing business relationships with travel agents, corporate and leisure business
- Handling a high volume of reservations with superb accuracy
- Action groups reservations
About You
- With a minimum experience of 1 year in the role or similar, you will enrich the creation of ultimate memorable moments for the guests
- Results driven mindset based on excellent time management skills
- You are able to work independently and have the ability to run a busy reservations system
- Your grooming and personal presentation sets the leading model
- Have a passion to sell every last room in a competitive environment
- Knowledge on EzRMS, Travelclick, Protel and/or Opera
