The position:
Hurricane’s Grill are seeking experienced Kitchen Hands to join the team in Narellan location.
As the Kitchenhand you will be expected to assist with, stock rotation, dish washing and all general cleaning of our commercial and staff kitchens, ensuring the kitchen is consistently clean to comply with HACPP standards.
Required skills & attributes:
- A minimum 1 year experience in a similar fast paced commercial kitchen
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience with commercial dishwasher machinery
- Demonstrated high level of cleanliness and hygiene experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability – week days and weekends
- Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
- Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
- Well presented with a friendly disposition
