White Mojo situated in the heart of Melbourne CBD, requires an experienced cafe manager to continue the growth of our pre-existing business. We operate 7 days a week, no night. We require someone passionate about food, who loves their specialty coffee and consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
The successful applicant must have experience with rostering, ordering, specialty coffee, and most importantly have awesome customer service and be able to lead from the front. You will be required to continue building a warm working environment that is customer focused, ensuring their return time and time again. Furthermore, you will be expected to implement work place structures and policies that ensure the smooth running of the business. A minimum of 2 years’ experience will be required within a similar role.
The successful applicant must also possess the following:
·Ability to work in a high pressure, and high paced environment
·Ability to work alongside a General Manager in order to achieve pre-set goals
·Reliability and punctuality --> you will be leading from the front
·A can-do attitude and high-level attention to detail
·Willingness to change and accept implementation of new principles
·Impeccable communication skills
