Are you our missing piece? 

We are growing! So, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team as Team Manager. The role will require you to join us in developing our greatest resource; our people. 

This role will be managing a team of corporate travel consultants in their daily duties. The focus of this role will be growing your team members and the business. The role requires an experienced manager to coach and develop their team, plus ensuring company KPI's are met.
On a day to day basis you will be both managing the team and also keeping your consulting skills sharp.
 
You will be responsible for:

• Team member performance monitoring, reviewing and communication
• Team member personal progression planning and reviewing
• Team financial and administrative duties, delegation and training
• New account implementation and team training
• Liaison with client Account Manager
• Proactive consulting standards adherence within the team
• Complaint handling and operational trouble shooting 
• Operations meeting liaison and knowledge sharing
• Technical knowledge strength, in Product, Amadeus and Tramada Next Gen and training ability

 
This is a hands-on role that requires a motivated, focused individual with an eye for detail and time management skills due to the various deadlines. 

This role will suit candidates who will have:

• Experience in corporate travel management
• Experienced use of for Amadeus and Tramada Next Gen (preferred)
• Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer focus and the ability to strengthen these relationships
• Ability to challenge, be challenged and do things different
