As a Manager, you will be dealing with budgets, controlling wages, rostering, recruiting and training staff. Along with this will be the necessary day-to-day tasks that ensure your restaurant is exceeding targets and providing customers with an exceptional Grill'd experience. Whilst you have autonomy in your role, you will still have the support of an experienced and hands on operations
team.
