Food & Beverage Operations Manager

A great opportunity exists for an experienced hospitality professional to join the team at the award winning Old England Hotel in Heidelberg.

This is a senior position reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager.

The successful candidate must have strong food and beverage knowledge and sound communication skills.

Required:

Ability to train and develop the team to achieve the highest levels of customer service
Management experience or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
Hands on leadership style
Ability to meet and maintain KPI's
