Restaurant Supervisor

IRT Links Seaside is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join its Restaurant Team. Reporting to the Head chef you will assist in the daily operational running of the Restaurant whilst testing your creativity and ability to excite and promote events for one of the IRT’s most prestigious properties in the Illawarra.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintain a high level of service standard across the team
- Lead, train and empower team members to ensure clear communication across all areas
- Provide variable levels of food and beverage service
- Effectively manage all calls and charges
- Maintain stock levels and stock control
- Ensuring the management of the roster is undertaken in a timely manner
To be successful you will have:
- Previous food and beverage management experience
- A willingness to learn and passion for food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems (desirable)
