Chefs de Partie/Sous Chefs needed as soon as possible for a beautiful Old Style Hotel in Western Australia.

About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and you:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
- This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.

The successful applicant will be a creative Chef who will receive complimentary:
