Our client operates an extremely successful and well-recognized brand of American styled restaurants that spans all around Australia and the globe.

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager, with a great work ethic, to lead a talented team of back of house staff to success.

You will be responsible for running the kitchen operations with support from head office, including rostering, stock control, OH&S, training of new staff and ensuring the consistency in delivering quality meals and plating.

To apply for this fantastic opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

• A demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen team with at least 3 years management experience
• Excellent understanding of costing and financials within a commercial kitchen
• Experience working within recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in product
• Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, including weekends and nights
• Solid experience across all sections including grill, pass, hot and cold larder
