About Chin Chin: 
Chin Chin has been named the most successful restaurant Melbourne has ever seen with queues of people lining up to dine since opening in 2011. Open 7 days a week, serving roughly 1200 covers per day, Chin Chin offers a shared-eating concept with a focus on South-east Asian cuisine. 

About the Role:
The Storeperson is responsible for loading and unloading all food and beverage deliveries on a daily basis. Store goods appropriately and ensure general cleanliness of back of house areas. Liaise with management regarding general maintenance of the venue and serve as a point of contact for contractors for any maintenance matters.

Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
  • Knowledge of HACCP required
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication
  • Ability to use computer systems relating to stock management - H&L experience advantageous
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
  • Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
  • Must have unlimited work rights in Australia
