Hi guys
We are seeking a full time manager to join our team our in Aveley.
We are a small family run business with two other cafes. We pride ourselves high on our customer service, our passion for coffee and our high quality food.
The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role for 1-2 years. Its a hands on manager position so you will be required to be part of the team on a daily basis.
You must be able to produce a high standard of coffee, able to adjust grinders, have latte art skills and be able to handle 10+kg on the machine.
Other duties will include:
Stock order + control
Cashing up
Delegating to other staff
Keeping the cafe looking clean
Working alongside the chefs
Training other staff members
We will require you to work set days
630am-4pm Sunday to Wednesday
