We are looking for Head Chefs and Sous Chefs for Regional Western Australia and Northern Territory.
You will need to be able to lead a team in a cool, calm and collected manner. Have a passion and drive for your art and Trade. Handle the pace of busy and sometimes stressful kitchens. Teach, motivated and mentor the younger Kitchen Staff.

About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
