Operating 7 Days a week serving hundreds of happy customers, this fantastic casual dining empire now seeks a qualified Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead their brigade.

Reporting to the national executive chef you will be required to have proven experience in kitchen management, including but not limited to cost control and rostering to budgets.

You will ideally be a hands on operator and an effective communicator always leading by example. You will be responsible to supervise, motivate and direct a team of chefs and junior kitchen staff to consistently deliver this well loved American classics menu.

Please consider the following before applying:

• 3 years management experience in a casual dining, fast paced environment
• Understanding of restaurant financials and how you can control costs at the ground level
• Experience working within recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in product
• Full availability, including weekends, nights and public holidays when required
• Well versed across all sections in a commercial kitchen
• Management experience with teams of 5+ Chefs
• Ability to mentor and train others
