A well-known venue in the south east suburbs is looking for a newly qualified chef with experience to join their team in a commis chef role. This venue specialising in Asian fusion cuisine is highly popular and always busy, the perfect environment for a junior chef to grow and develop their skill set under some of Melbourne’s top chefs.
  
About you:

• You will possess passion for the industry
• Be highly motivated and creative
• Have a high standard of presentation
• Be well organised with attention to detail
• Be dedicated and flexible to work a rotating roster including days, night and weekends  

To be successful in the role:

• Have completed a qualification in commercial cookery
• Have prior experience as a commis chef
• Have a strong desire for personal growth
• Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
