Aveo, Australia's leading retirement owner/operator is seeking experienced, highly motivated and pro-active Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Aveo Geelong, VIC in a casual role.
About the role:
Reporting to the State Catering Manager, you will assist in the daily preparation and serving of meals to residents and actively contribute to the promotion of best practice and WH&S continuous quality improvement.
You will provide a sustainable, caring lifestyle for residents in an environment which promotes dignity, comfort and security achieved through quality services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
*Current Food Handling Certificate
*Commercial cookery qualifications will be highly regarded
*Current First Aid & CPR Certificate desirable
*Experience in Hospitality Services in Aged Care highly regarded
*Demonstrated ability to work alone as well as a part of a team
*Current Police Check
*Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and establish priorities
*A passion for resident satisfaction
*Friendly and empathetic manner
*Eligibility to work in Australia
