An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Shift Manager to join the team at the Elsternwick Hotel. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in successful operation of the business.
The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- Proven success in a hospitality management role, ideally with food, gaming and bars or someone looking to take the next step in their career
- Ability to professional lead, manage, train and direct a large multi-skilled team
- Must have current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG
- TAB Accreditation and experience highly sort after or ability to learn quickly
- Bonus (GAMING) understanding of Bally System, Venue Power, CRS SDS
Your ability to deliver and maintain a customer experience that is of a consistently high service standard will see you excel in this position. As will the ability to lead a team and pass your skills and knowledge onto keen hospitality people seeking a career within this industry.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, be motivated and willing to listen and learn.
Current RSA, RSG and Gaming Licence are essential.
Availability for week day, night and weekend shifts is a must.
