We are currently taking applications for Food & Beverage Attendants wanting to join the team. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is enthusiastic and professional. The ideal candidate will be fast, reliable, engaging and ensure that our guests receive optimum service every time. In addition, we are looking for people who love using their initiative, think outside the box and go the extra mile to ensure we thrill our guests.

Nineteen - Perched atop of The Star’s shining new luxury suite hotel The Darling, this amazing venue promises to be Queensland’s premier dining destination, offering guests a truly unique dining experience, lavish bar and gravity-defying infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Cucina Vivo - Drawing on traditional Italian food culture, Cucina Vivo is a celebration of the joy of sharing with friends and family, ideal for lovers of great food, beautiful surrounds and creating a fun and elegant atmosphere for our guests. Open for dinner only from Wednesday to Saturday.

Private Gaming Rooms (PGR) - Within the PGR, you'll offer the professionalism and service that simply can't be found anywhere else on the coast to ensure our VIP guests are entertained, catered for and will keep coming back because of your service.

Events – Our Events team are responsible for the execution of awe inspiring conferences and events held across various locations over the property, where no two days are ever the same.

Have you got what it takes?

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in a fast paced hospitality environment (advantageous)
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional and friendly customer service, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible availability with weekends essential
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
• Most importantly you have to be passionate about the industry and strive to deliver 5 star service every time!
