Front of House Events Coordinator/Manager

Northside Conference Centre is located in St Leonards with onsite parking. We are looking for the right individual to meet & greet our mostly regular clients and also manage a small team of trained hospitality casuals.  The role requires you to work a rotating 5 day variable morning starts (generally from 7am) with occasional Saturday work.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring all our clients experience our ‘above and beyond’ Northside difference upon arrival and ensuring their event gets off on a great start and runs smoothly.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who is

  • Friendly  yet  professional in dealing with clients requirements in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A great eye for detail
  • Passion for delivering service over and above our client’s expectations
  • A team player who can lead, manage and get the best from your team

Other desirable skills such as critical time management, multi-tasking and a can-do attitude will put you top of the short list for this position. Good word & excel skills and basic AV knowledge would be essential.

This is a role for those who are aspiring to be in a managerial role so it is expected you have at least 4-5 years similar experience.
