Sous Chef required to work on a rotating roster - days, nights & weekends in the Club's Bistro.
Our Bistro menu offers a set menu with steak, chicken, salads and seafood dishes. Plus a number of daily specials and the roast of the day.
You will be working in a small team with the Head Chef, another Chef & Apprentice Chef with an attractive salary on offer.
The Club has recently undergone a full refurbishment including brand new commercial kitchen.
