Marks at Oatley has been providing customers a affordable casual dining experience for more than 3 years.
We are looking for the next team member to Help contribute to the business growth with their experience and skill set.
key responsibilities will include:
-Training new employees, ensuring that they maintain the high standards and consistency that customers are used to.
-Preparing, cooking and presentation of meals on a daily basis.
-Assisting owner and manages on areas that can be improved to help minimise waste and costs.
-Follow instructions from owner and managers
Requirements for the role:
-Relevant trade qualifications
-2 years experience in a similar position
-Must be able to work in a team environment and work well under pressure.
-Must be able to maintain a high stand and consistency without jeopardising the businesses reputation.
Salary
This position has a starting salary of $55,000-$65,000 depending on your experience and skill set
