Kurrawa Surf Club is a busy beachside club open 7 days and nights until midnight and has a large number of regular customers. The work is fast and demanding, and a high standard of service is expected of the staff and supervisors. The club provides a range of facilities and services for our members and guests including food, beverage, entertainment and functions.
Kurrawa Bistro provides seating for 400 guests and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic chef to work alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chefs and other team members. You will be working in a diverse role that includes catering for our busy bistro and function clientele.
To be successful in your application, you must have the following:
- availability to work rotating shifts
- reliable and punctual
- proven experience in a high turnover venue
- the ability to effectively communicate with team members
- a commitment to providing outstanding food service
