This role is one that requires real experience. We are looking for someone to help Head Chef lead and drive our established team in delivering a great dining experience and delicious menu to both our regulars and new customers that we will be welcoming to our tables. Knowledge across all the usual suspects - ordering, rosters, wastage control, stocktake...
