With the new openings they are also re-branding and developing great new concepts within the current portfolios, which generates new job openings for enthusiastic and committed Managers to join the group.
To be successful you will require:
- Previous Restaurant, cafe or Bar Management experience
- Shift management experience - opening and closing procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Understand cost management processes - rosters and cost of goods
- Implement the company brands and culture
- Drive sales and profitability of the business
