- Assist in leading a team while delivering the best service around
- Learn the ins and outs of managing a Front Office department
- 6 month old Hotel at Mascot/Domestic Airport
With our reception in the Penthouse offering views of sparkling Sydney and planes swooping onto the runways beneath you, Felix our 150 room boutique hotel is set to change the way you see, and feel about, airport hotels forever. Newly opened Boutique Hotel located near Domestic Airport/Mascot!
Assistant Manager on flight mode:
- Make sure the hotel operations are running smoothly
- Work on a casual basis with 2x PM shifts as Assistant Manager
- Opportunity to work Reception shifts for remaining 2-3 days
- Supervise the shifts guaranteeing only the best service
- Ensure the crew are trained up and that communication is positive and clear
- Inspire imagination and innovation
Your carry on baggage:
- 2+ years experience in Front Office
- A hands-on approach and team-orientated style
- Interact with the team and guests in a down to earth, professional manner
- Above and beyond service inspiring every single guest you meet
- Passion to grow within the hospitality industry
