The Position

We are looking for a Team Lead for our front of house reception, who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service. This is a full time role, and we will require your skills and support for the team from Tuesday to Saturday when we are busiest.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a reception team of up to 15 people
• Organising, composing monthly roster
• Ensuring high service standards are delivered by the team at all times
• Conduct monthly meetings with team with a structured agenda
• Recruitment and training
• Performance managing your team including quarterly reviews
• Committing time to growing staff on duty
• Leading by example on how to engage with members at the front desk
• Admin support for the membercare team

The Person

As your team will be the face of Elixr, you must be bright, enthusiastic, and above all, service oriented. Previous experience in management is essential, with Front of House experience preferred.
