NICKS RESTAURANT GROUP is currently recruiting experienced staff for section waiter, Runner & bartender roles. Ideally we are looking for a highly motivated team players that can provide outstanding service in front of pristine harbour views.

What you can bring to the role:
- At least 1 year experience similar role in high volume venues
- Fine Dining experience is a bonus
- Cocktail Knowledge for Bar Staff
- A team player that is reliable, punctual and honest
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Wine knowledge will be useful
- Valid (NSW) RSA certificate
- Fluency in English
