A fantastic opportunity has just opened up with a leading cruise company based in Sydney! Our client is looking for an experienced consultant with a strong cruising background to work within their lively team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assisting clients in creating cruise packages including airfares, accommodation and transfers
• Providing exceptional customer service and building a strong rapport with clients
• Working towards sales targets by upselling air, cruise and land product
• Working as a team to ensure inbound calls and emails are distributed evenly

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Strong background in a customer service/sales environment
• A minimum of 3 years within the travel industry selling cruise product
• Working GDS skills (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly desirable
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to $60k + super + team bonuses. Monday to Friday hours with the odd Saturday shift.
