Key responsibilities & duties
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Experience in bakery and leading a team.
Has strong focus on quality and upholds bakery standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Understands how production works.
Understands time management.
Ability to work across 5 day trading roster, which will include 7am starts.
Must understand HACCP systems.
The successful candidate will:
