6. Go the extra mile, be attentive and service our customers from the moment they walk in to the very last minute. You need to understand they are your Boss, you need to impress them with your best because if they are not happy than neither will we nor should you!
7. Be proactive, never settle for a customer to have a mediocre experience. If there is a problem-fix it, if something isn't as expected - address it, if something is wrong then make it right! Set standards not bad habits!
8. Follow the rules, take pride in your presentation- clean and crisp uniforms are the look we want to achieve. Enjoy and care for your workplace - help it stay clean and polished and arrive to work ready and excited- leave your personal life at the door.
