We are currently recruiting for passionate, committed new team members in our kitchen operation.
Due to growth of our operation and seasonality, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the following full time and casual roles:
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Cook
- Kitchen Attendant
To be considered for the Chef de Partie position you will have worked in a variety of venues, including banquet preparation to ensure our wedding and conference guests are well taken care of and have appropriate experience in leading team mates in the kitchen. You will be expected to hold at least a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with and have appropriate experience to be recognised as a qualified chef to be considered for either the Chef de Partie or Commis Chef roles. Food Safety Supervisor or Food Handling certification with relevant experience with HACCP or similar Food Safety Management Systems will be well regarded for all roles.
Previous experience in the Club industry is an advantage, however not essential; your ability to fit with our positive and passionate culture is the top priority as we value your attitude and commitment most of all!
