The Organisation

Gaythorne RSL is a successful, medium sized Club situated 7kms north west of the Brisbane CBD.  To ensure the Clubs ongoing success, it is imperative that we ensure our customers' needs align with our business and service offerings.

The Role

Gaythorne RSL are currently seeking a Courtesy Bus Driver to join the Transport department on a casual status.

As a Courtesy Bus Driver you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of members to and from the Club using designated routes.

More specifically your duties will include;

• Undertake regular maintenance and cleaning checks of designated bus as per Club policy and procedure
• Drive members to and from the Club premises
• Provide members with information as directed by the Club
• Receive telephone calls via Bluetooth and two way radio to arrange member pick up and drop off
• Provide members with exceptional customer service
• Assisting Reception staff when not doing a drop off.  

The Person:

• C Class Drivers Licence (vehicles are automatic)
• Drivers Authority
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Full availability preferred (days, nights, weekends & public holidays)
• Willingness to work at short notice
• RSA will be required 
• Knowledge of the local area and its surrounding suburbs an advantage.
