Proven ability to manage a team and a budget is essential. Position requirements
- Must have Head Chef or Exec.Sous Chef experience.
- Hands-on leader in all aspects of kitchen functionality
- Able to work under pressure – in a busy kitchen.
- Longevity in previous roles
- Menu design and food / labour costing experience
- Staff management
- Energy and enthusiasm
