  • A current RSA certificate
  • Previous cocktail experience 
  • An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
  • The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
