The Coffee Club is a fast growing Australian hospitality franchise with more than 260 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, New Caledonia, China and Egypt.
The Toowoomba operation is one of the busiest stores within the Franchise. Established for over 20 years, it enjoys an excellent reputation in the local hospitality market.
Role & Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be working with an experienced Head Chef. Key roles are as follows;
- Learning and following clearly defined Coffee Club menus.
- Achieving consistency with food preparation and presentation.
- Following HACCP approved Food Safety guidelines.
- Following clearly defined stock ordering and rotation guidelines.
- Assisting with development of Chef Choice menu items.
Skills & Experience:
- Applicant will possess a Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or clear work history where these skills have been achieved.
- Proven history of at least one year working as a sous chef in a similarly fast paced restaurant.
