The Role
Working under the General Manager, you will be responsible for the general operation of multi facet venues. With great bars, food, gaming, functions and entertainment, these Hotels are diverse. This will be a great opportunity for someone that likes to be mentored and learn more about the business and strategic aspects of running venues.
You will assist in the overall operation of the venue in line with the rest of the group. This can include creating procedures, developing teams, coming up with innovative ideas and anything else that helps this venue flourish under the guidance of Senior Management.
You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Years experience in a Assistant Managers role
- Strong compliance and industry knowledge
- Pokie & TAB experience
- Confidence in managing a venue unsupervised.
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Natural leadership skills that motivate staff to perform.
- Financial skills are a bonus but will be taught if you aren't experienced.
