Park St Dining (formally Green Park) is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to run our kitchen. Our large, open kitchen has an established team and premium equipment. You will be supported by not only some of Melbourne's most experienced operators but also a full back of house office including accounts and PR, allowing you to do what you love best and cook amazing breakfast food.
The successful candidate should have proven experience running a high volume cafe, a sound knowledge of all areas of kitchen management, and be able to bring finesse and style to a high volume kitchen.
