We are looking to create a unique roll that brings in the business and helps manage and promote the entertainment and events side of the business, therefore your  sales, social media and organisation skills will be needed.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Sales appointments and promotion of venue to potential clients
• Event enquires and follow up, converting to sales
• Liaising with our Wedding coordinator once the sale is made
• Coordinate event set up and pack down
• Managing the in-house entertainment as well as large events
• Working closely with FOH with possible shifts on the floor
• Assisting with the digital promotion
• Flexible hours, incentives and package possible

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 year experience in sales or events roles.
• Knowledge of the local music scene and trends
• Great sales skills with personality to match
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Fantastic communications skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to create a fantastic experience for all of our quests
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, Mailchimp and Wordpress is an advantage
