Our client is managing a very well-known hotel in Sydney. The property offers exceptional services to leisure and business travelers. To manage the overall guest experience within the accommodation and front desk services, our client is now looking for a very dynamic Rooms Division Director who has a very strong background in managing the overall activities of the Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Front Office departments. Moreover, the candidate MUST offer a shift towards more personalised guest services.
Key Profile:
- Candidate must be presently a Rooms Division Manager or Director of Rooms with an outstanding knowledge of managing the overall accommodation and front office activities within a large luxury 5 star hotel
- Strong ability to inject a genuine personalised service attitude in to the team to deal with guest requests
- Candidate must come from only large international 5 star hotel chains which are recognised globally
- Work in close conjunction with sales and marketing department to roll out new marketing tactics or customer promotions
- Strong 'hands on' natural leader with positive guest service engagement
- Managing a large multi-cultural team with cohesive development & training
