About Us
Criniti's, voted as Australia's "Favorite Italian" by Foxtel's Lifestyle Food Channel, are expanding rapidly, we are currently recruiting passionate hospitality professionals to join us on this exciting journey. We are seeking Bar Staff in our venue at Castle Hill.
Your areas of impact would be included but not limited to:-
- Day to day operation of the Restaurant.
- Service standards and excellence
- Training and development for management roles
- Some administration including reporting and rostering for managers
- Health, Safety and Compliance
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in high volume and multi-site fine dining restaurants. you will have a natural flair for customer service and immaculate grooming, expecting the same standards from your team. You are also standards orientated with a deep knowledge of food hygiene laws and processes. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident happy to travel and work in our amazing restaurant locations. Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
