About the business
The Parkland Kyneton is a newly opened, re brand of our former restaurant Mr Carsisi. It is a beautiful, laid back space, where people enjoy cocktails & snacks at the bar, or dinner and amazing local wine in the dining room or on our verandah
About the role
The new position will be to support the head chef in his role. All day to day food preparation and service. All food cooked from scratch. Must have a passion for cooking and amazing food.

Skills and experience
Restaurant experience is essential. This is preferably a position which would be taken by someone with second chef experience but could be the perfect next step for someone to move up into the role in an already established and supportive environment.
