The Role:
With a focus on growing our team, our kitchen team is currently searching for passionate, fully qualified and experienced chefs to join our growing kitchen team in a full-time capacity. 
We want exceptionally talented chefs with demonstrated experience in fine-dining, but above all, a desire to learn, and a commitment to achieving the very best is what will set you apart.

Successful applicants will have the ability to demonstrate:

• Experience working in a fine-dining environment
• Proven experience and knowledge of cooking with quality, seasonal and local produce
• Excellent knife and kitchen organisational skills
• A positive, team-player attitude with the confidence to help others
• An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Curiosity to learn, and a desire for continued growth
